Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited institution.
- Current Illinois licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

- Preferred minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related specialty.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
