Job Schedule:

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Compensation:
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 available for full-time positions
Relocation Assistance: Available

  • LPN Wage: $26-$36
  • RN Wage: $32.50 per hour
  • Shifts: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating Not Required)

Facility Description:
The Good Samaritan Society-Park River is a 60-bed facility offering both skilled and basic care. Our residents benefit from a dedicated team focused on continuity of care. Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for applying the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and assess care.

The RN demonstrates expertise within the full scope of nursing practice, adhering to age and population-specific standards. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinating resident care and conducting assessments.
  • Educating residents and performing various nursing interventions.
  • May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
  • Ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing is required, along with the maintenance of necessary competencies and certifications.
