Campus Director- Peru

Abundant Life Church Indiana

Position Type: Full-Time Salaried

The Abundant Life Church Campus Director is responsible for the administration of our Peru Campus. This role works in collaboration with the Campus Pastor to ensure that the weekend experience reflects an in-person visit at the broadcast campus. This role encompasses all ALC core values related to excellence in ministry. The Peru Campus Director reports directly to the Multi-Site Director and Peru Campus Pastor.

Essential Functions

  • Recruit and train volunteer leaders and teams to engage in services as well as support weekday follow-up activities
  • Champion the current connect card, first time visitor, and prayer request process to support Peru campus members.
  • Provide thorough support and follow-up on ministry needs, questions, and support requests from members of the Peru campus
  • Plan and execute ALC member growth track initiatives: Discover Your Church, Get to Know Us Luncheon, and Develop Your Faith Class.
  • Foster an environment for relationship building with volunteers and members.
  • Develop and maintain systems to campus performance such as connect cards, new givers, first time visitors, etc.
  • Support and monitor new here start here and first time visitor experience
  • Establish and support campus life group leaders in collaboration with the life groups pastor
  • Support ministry leaders with all-campus and campus specific events
  • Work closely with campus pastor and ministry leaders to support outreach initiatives
  • Champion team communication specific to the Peru Campus
  • Ensure that building and materials are prepared for weekend services and events
  • Facilitate, encourage, and support life groups, classes and ministries at the Peru campus

Leadership Requirements

  • Must have strong administrative abilities
  • Displays ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteer teams
  • Displays strong abilities to work collaboratively as part of a team

Experience

  • Abundant Life Church volunteer or staff experience preferred.
  • Passion for system development and problem solving.
  • Previous leadership in a collaborative environment preferred.
