We are a rapidly expanding HVAC firm seeking a motivated individual to become part of our professional team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-driven, and personable individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities. This role demands a positive attitude and a client-first mentality. Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships are essential.
Work Location: This position is based in our office and is not available for remote or hybrid work.
Employee Benefits:

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT on weekdays, with occasional overtime and weekend work as required.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle incoming communications via calls, texts, and emails regarding services and billing.
- Schedule service and estimate appointments promptly.
- Coordinate approvals for work with various stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls to confirm and follow up on appointments.
- Track open invoices and estimates.
- Maintain the service plan database.
- Manage follow-ups on offered plans and oversee rollovers.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as necessary.
- Provide backup support for the Dispatcher.
- This role may occasionally require remote work during peak seasons, with a rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role (HVAC experience preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
