Location: This position is based in our office.

Benefits:

  • Potential for commission and performance bonuses

Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm CT weekdays, with occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

Compensation: $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle incoming communications related to service, billing, and other inquiries.
  • Schedule service and estimate appointments promptly.
  • Coordinate approvals with various stakeholders.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm and follow up on appointments.
  • Manage follow-ups on outstanding invoices and estimates.
  • Maintain the service plan database.
  • Oversee follow-ups on offered plans and manage rollovers.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Provide backup support for the Dispatcher.
  • This role may occasionally require remote work during peak seasons, with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role (HVAC experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is advantageous.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred but not essential.
