Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our Support Services departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in driving operational efficiency and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, programs, and practices to ensure quality and efficiency of services
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Support Services departments, including facilities, EVS, call center, purchasing, imaging, laboratory, marketing, communications, community relations, food services, optical services, and credentialing
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate service deliverables, including performance metrics and goal setting
  • Provide strategic leadership to management to ensure management efficiencies and cost effectiveness
  • Develop and implement standardized Support Services policies and procedures
  • Review customer complaints and resolve patient concerns in a timely manner
  • Interview, hire, initiate corrective action, and termination decisions; monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations
  • Act as a consultant to unit leaders in areas of employee relations, recruitment, hire, coach, and termination
  • Assist with preparation and review of annual performance evaluations
  • Facilitate quarterly quality improvement programs and presentations
  • Develop policies and procedures assigned, implement policies and procedures to staff, and continuously evaluate and seek to improve standards and methods of nursing care
  • Conduct studies and report findings, participate in assigned committees and/or projects
  • Assess, initiate, and re-evaluate site procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business development and marketing plans
  • Interface with internal and external customers, providing problem-solving abilities
  • Keep CEO informed of issues and concerns affecting the organization
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels for the efficient operations of Riverside Medical Clinic
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of healthcare management experience in a Business/Support or Operations environment
  • Knowledge of State, Federal, regulations as it pertains to AAAHC or other recognized accrediting guidelines
