Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a diverse array of life enrichment activities tailored to seniors of varying abilities, including those with cognitive challenges.
  • Exhibit compassion and professionalism while representing our community.
  • Motivate and inspire residents, adapting activities to suit their cognitive and functional capabilities.
  • Maintain First Aid and CPR certification as required by state regulations.
  • Demonstrate resilience and focus amidst daily interruptions.

What You Will Do:
As a Life Enrichment Director at Magnolia Grand, you will:
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive program of engaging activities that encompass physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, and cognitive dimensions.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Encourage and engage volunteers and team members to facilitate meaningful interactions with residents.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
  • Coordinate with community groups for events and activities, such as pet therapy and entertainment.
  • Oversee inventory management and budget for supplies.
  • Promote the core values and mission of Magnolia Grand.
