About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of PRA Services and E-Discovery Counsel to join our Advanced Records Center (ARC) team at Best Best & Krieger LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of dedicated staff attorneys, paralegals, and reviewers
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ARC
  • Work with internal and external clients to provide expert guidance on public records and e-discovery matters
  • Research and develop protocols for novel substantive law issues affecting our municipal clients in California and Nevada

Requirements:

  • Substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act
  • E-discovery experience and certification preferred
  • Licensed to practice in California
  • Ability to travel to client offices and courts throughout the regions

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000
