The Manager of Growth & Community Engagement will play a pivotal role in meeting enrollment growth targets across various business lines. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to enhance choice rates and assignment percentages.

Key Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel, including local and statewide trips.
  • Understanding that travel constitutes approximately 60% of the role.

  • Recent experience in business development, community relations, or healthcare activities.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the AVP/Director to formulate and implement enrollment growth strategies for specific regions, ensuring accountability for membership growth.
  • Achieve established goals, focusing on improving the overall choice rate and increasing Medicaid assignment percentages.
  • Oversee daily operations and management of team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the enrollment growth plan, organizing activities to promote membership expansion.
  • Work with sales teams across various lines of business to identify growth opportunities with key providers and community organizations.
  • Lead efforts to establish relationships with essential providers, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate enrollment.
  • Direct the creation and approval of marketing materials in compliance with State/Federal guidelines.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Molina's product offerings, including Medicaid, CHIP, and Medicare.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Healthcare Administration.

Required Experience:

  • 5-10 years in business development, community relations, or healthcare activities.
  • 3 years of experience in Managed Care or Medicaid, with knowledge of advertising regulations.
  • Prior supervisory experience demonstrating strong organizational and motivational skills.
  • Experience in negotiation, sales, or marketing techniques.

Licenses and Certifications:

Completion of relevant marketing certification programs and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in healthcare enrollment, marketing, or sales.
  • Fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Marketplace Certification.
