About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside County, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and management for all aspects of the clinic's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to Regional Directors on financial and operational performance
  • Serve as Ethics & Compliance Officer for the clinic
  • Work effectively with physician recruiting and hospital liaison teams to support the placement of qualified physicians
  • Assess business plans and develop new clinic sites
  • Lead payer strategy and contracting, as well as population health initiatives
Requirements
  • Five to eight years of experience in physician practice management or healthcare management
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business, Health Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in managing multiple physician practices across a wide geographic area is preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial management, business, and clinical operations of a medical group practice
  • Knowledge of fiscal management techniques, revenue cycle management, and third-party reimbursement
