We are seeking an experienced Community Director to join Sares-Regis Group in a leadership position. As a Community Director, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop a competent team to ensure excellent customer service and community operations.
  • Manage daily operations, including rent collection, resident retention, and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze monthly performance, complete variance reports, and initiate annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify potential market challenges, educate staff and regional manager about competitors and market conditions, and create effective marketing plans.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met, including OSHA and other safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to identify potential repairs or capital projects and ensure curb appeal meets corporate standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
