About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Director to join Sares Regis Group as a key member of our residential operations team. As a Community Director, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of our multifamily communities, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a competent team to ensure excellent customer service and community operations.
- Manage daily operations, including rent collection, resident retention, and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze monthly performance, complete variance reports, and initiate annual budgets and forecasts.
- Identify potential market challenges, educate staff and regional manager about competitors and market conditions, and create effective marketing plans.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met, including OSHA and other safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to identify potential repairs or capital projects and ensure curb appeal meets corporate standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Community Director or in a similar residential operations role.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
