About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Client Strategy to join our team at PMG. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our client relationships and fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with campaign plans and projects.
  • Navigate complex client internal structures to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic planning to drive results and performance goals.
  • Oversee the execution of key projects and lead resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of performance metrics and industry trends to inform media planning and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new media platforms, and technological advancements to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience supporting retail apparel clients.
  • 4+ years in a supervisory management role.
  • Demonstrated management and team development skills.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns.
  • Solid analytical background with experience in managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click).
  • Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for reporting and presenting to clients.
