About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Client Growth to join our team at RGP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key client leaders and staff
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients
  • Manage delivery performance, project risk, and new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Execute and deliver against established KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support integration of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives across account portfolio
  • Conduct account planning and proactively seek to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the account strategy
  • Monitor and coach Consultants and account team members on best practices in generating leads and identifying opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution
  • 12+ years of business development experience with Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Proven success in generating revenue and managing accounts
  • Experience selling professional services within large accounts preferred
  • Strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationships
  • Proven experience building an account
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer
  • Base Pay Range: $143,000-$179,000
