Job Title: National Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and skilled National Account Executive to join our team. As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
  • Meet in person with clients in your market
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects in Salesforce
  • Work with brand/strategy teams at holding companies to grow iHeartMedia revenue across channels
  • Foster and nurture relationships with the existing client base
  • Identify new opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client/agency evolving needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets
  • Create effective marketing campaigns in line with the iHeartMedia brand and resources
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence
  • Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor competition to continually prospect new account leads
  • Negotiate rates and ensures prompt payments
Requirements:

  • Strong client service relationship-building skills

  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills
  • You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis
What We Offer:
  • Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data
  • In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions. Commission rates range from 4.0%-11.0%
  • $84,000 - $105,000
  • iHeartMedia's benefits offering is flexible and offers a variety of choices to meet the diverse needs of our changing workforce
