National Wholesale Account Executive

Oaktree Funding Corp. - NonQM Experts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Wholesale Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing wholesale mortgage sales, leveraging our inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts to maximize your sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage wholesale mortgage sales
- Utilize inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts
- Discuss mortgage loan products and programs fluently over the phone
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow your business
- Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and market intelligence to management
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and enhance account development
What We're Looking For:
- Great work ethic and a winning attitude
- Strong sales background with a proven track record in mortgage sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Non-QM mortgage sales experience
