About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at AccentCare. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through community outreach and partnerships.
  • Clinical Program Development: Educate the medical community about clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and promote positive patient care.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in developing an agency-wide marketing plan and execute community outreach initiatives to promote AccentCare's services.
  • Care Coordination: Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to home.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Ideal candidate has medical sales experience in the local market, with a minimum of one year of experience required.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
