Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Papa John's restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability.
The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient leader who can make quality decisions, instill pride and accountability in team members, and manage operations to execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues and solicit customer feedback to improve restaurant operations.
- Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
- Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels, and properly orient and train team members.
- Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service.
- Manage profit goals against budget and prior year by ensuring food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Stable employment history.
- Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience with salary progression.

- Leading Team Members: Provides clear direction and sets priorities to accomplish desired actions and results.
- Managing Execution: Manages multiple projects and effectively prioritizes tasks, responsibilities, and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess the following functional skills:
- Basic accounting, including invoice reconciliation, debit and credit review, and financial statement analysis.
- Cash management skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
