Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Papa John's restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient leader who can make quality decisions, instill pride and accountability in team members, and manage operations to execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues and solicit customer feedback to improve restaurant operations.
  • Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
  • Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels, and properly orient and train team members.
  • Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Manage profit goals against budget and prior year by ensuring food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience with salary progression.

The ideal candidate will possess the following functional skills:

  • Basic accounting, including invoice reconciliation, debit and credit review, and financial statement analysis.
  • Cash management skills.
