About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Distribution Center team. As an AP Processor, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and pack slips in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with manual pricing reports, printing order status logs, and automatic pick entry processes.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 3 hours at a time.
  • Team player with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of some accounting procedures.
