Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage time tracking systems
  • Handle payroll accounting and financial transactions
  • Process orders from industrial customers and manage administrative tasks
  • Provide support in the telephone center and handle customer inquiries
  • Generate and send outgoing invoices, and verify incoming invoices
  • Create new customer accounts and provide on-site support
  • Manage applicant data and perform various administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Completion of training as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or office communication clerk
  • Strong motivation and willingness to perform tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Resilience and strong comprehension skills
