Job Summary

This is a fast-paced position with multiple responsibilities that require strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work in a team environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Answer multiple phone lines to schedule patient appointments, greet patients upon entry to the clinic, and distribute/explain/review all new patient information.
  • Staff Management: Manage scheduling of staff and ensure staff completes tasks, process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes, and obtain and monitor patient referrals and visits.
  • Patient Flow: Responsible for maintaining optimal patient flow, computer literate in Microsoft office suite, Google mail, and EMR system experience, type minimum of 40WPM, and correspond with patients regarding insurance info and co-pays.
  • Administrative Support: Assist directors and management with miscellaneous tasks and projects, maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, run reports to assist in schedule management, and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
