Job Description

Water Grill Bellevue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for the financial operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
  • Employee Recognition and Development: Recognize and reward crew members for their hard work and contributions, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including crew members, guests, and management team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Education: College degree in a related field, such as business or hotel and restaurant management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, carry up to 120 feet, and move through 24-inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 based on experience + realized bonus.
