- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
- Control costs and maximize profitability by managing inventory, labor, and other expenses.
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
- Basic computer skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Basic math and financial management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Food Handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
