Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Partner with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team, develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food items meet our high-quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and participate in financial planning, manage kitchen expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Team Development: Develop and train kitchen staff, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and promote career growth.
  • Guest Experience: Interact with guests, respond to complaints and special requests, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with formal culinary training preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze financial data, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, carry up to 120 feet, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience + realized bonus.
