Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Affinity Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and showcasing our clients' market-leading products through strategic planning, execution, and results.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, merchandisers, and buyers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or foodservice distribution sales.
  • Restaurant operations or culinary experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Outstanding time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong partner relationships.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
