Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll HR Specialist to join our team at Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in San Francisco, CA. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR requests and inquiries, providing expert guidance on payroll, benefits, company policies, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  2. Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  3. Record Management: Responsible for archiving HR-related records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  4. Leave Management: Manage PTO and leave of absence programs, ensuring seamless employee experience.
  5. Recruitment Support: Assist hiring managers with the recruitment process, including job offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding.
  6. HRIS Maintenance: Maintain internal records and enter data into HRIS or payroll system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  7. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes to federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements
  1. Payroll Experience: 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience required.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience with Zenefits, Paycor, or other HRIS systems preferred.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and communication skills, great attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year.
