Position Overview
The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across different sectors. In this capacity, you will collaborate with our HR Managers to facilitate daily operations, implement essential HR initiatives, and serve as the primary HR liaison for client employees.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Schedule/Expectations
This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment.
While there is flexibility in scheduling, it is crucial for the HR Coordinator to be available to clients as needed. This typically involves working during standard business hours, but there may be occasions where support is required early in the morning or in the evenings. It is essential that clients feel supported and can reach the HR Coordinator promptly, ideally receiving a response within two hours. A strong customer focus and responsiveness are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive administration and operations of the HR function for each client, including onboarding new hires, payroll management, employee documentation, benefits administration, processing employee changes, managing leaves of absence, and addressing employee inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with client employees to act as a hands-on HR expert, fostering partnerships across the organization to deliver valuable HR services.
- Exhibit flexibility and a willingness to undertake various assignments based on the specific HR needs of clients. Our clients expect a full-service HR department that manages all aspects of HR, so a proactive approach to fulfilling client requests is essential.
- Make informed decisions and provide consistent counsel to management and team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
- Educate and guide management and team members on employment laws, HR policies, and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Work with HR Managers to advise clients on resolving employee relations issues, corrective actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, identifying potential legal risks and recommending actions to mitigate them.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with all team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of one year of successful experience in HR, Payroll, or customer service.

- Proven consultation skills and a successful track record in a client-facing role, including the ability to influence leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
