POSITION SUMMARY

Coastal Payroll Services is currently seeking an Integrations Implementation Specialist II to enhance our Implementation team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard new and existing clients for retirement and workers' compensation services using the isolved platform.
  • Communicate project timelines effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies with clients and retirement service providers during the implementation process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required retirement plan documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of all client and employee data prior to system launch.
  • Conduct training sessions for new clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented role with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in retirement and workers' compensation services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with web-based customer service tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the isolved payroll platform is advantageous.
  • Payroll service bureau experience is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
