About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and scale our revenue enablement function, ensuring our teams have the necessary tools, training, and resources to excel. As a strategic thinker and problem-solver, you'll identify gaps in current processes, spot sales excellence, and recommend tailored solutions to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and drive revenue enablement strategy, roadmap, and success metrics across different roles and segments
* Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs that enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure that our revenue teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to exceed targets
* Identify and address gaps in current processes, recommending tailored solutions to drive continuous improvement
* Lead and scale a high-performing team of sales and customer success enablement professionals

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in revenue operations, enablement, and strategy. Your expertise should include:

* 8+ years of experience across revenue functions, with at least 5+ years specifically in revenue operations, enablement, or strategy
* 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams
* Strong understanding of sales processes and modern methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high aptitude for complex problem-solving and strategic prioritization
