Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading-edge company that's revolutionizing the way businesses approach sales and marketing. As a Global Sales Enablement and Performance Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing programs that improve sales team performance, enhance skills development, and drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver training programs, sales methodologies, and enablement content that aligns with the company's sales strategy and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs that focus on skills development, sales process coaching, and sales methodology implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to reinforce sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in day-to-day selling activities.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Partner with sales managers to provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions, role-plays, and workshops to reinforce learning.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and other tools to deliver and track training.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales (enterprise), sales training, or sales enablement.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful sales training programs.
  • Experience or certification with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, CVI, SPIN Selling, Sandler) and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
