Revenue Enablement Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Lead to join our team at Dovetail. As a key member of our Sales & Customer Success teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market enablement programs to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify productivity gaps and develop targeted initiatives to address them.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure the Sales & Customer Success teams have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
- Measure and analyze sales performance data to inform enablement strategies and optimize results.
- Develop and maintain a library of sales collateral, battle cards, and playbooks to support the Sales & Customer Success teams.
- Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the Sales & Customer Success teams have access to the best-in-class productivity tools and training programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or sales effectiveness experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive results.
- Experience with change management and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
