Key Responsibilities:- Client Interaction and Coordination: Greet clients and caregivers with warmth and professionalism, manage phone calls and inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, manage mail and deliveries, order office supplies, and perform data entry and filing.
- Compliance and Record Management: Ensure all client records are managed according to HIPAA and agency policies and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Communication and Support: Liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff; address client concerns; and assist with emergency coverage and shift changes.
- Crisis Management: Respond to urgent situations, manage client emergencies, and document incidents according to agency protocols.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
