The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a proportion of our Geographically Distributed (Virtual) team portfolio of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvements for existing solutions and work to find existing solutions in JTI that have the required capabilities.
  • Under the direction of the RPD, embrace and learn the steps and effort required to rollout a system to more than one market in the region.
  • Work with other regions who are rolling out systems ahead of your region to gain knowledge and help deliver the solution faster in your region.
  • Support other regional teams by engaging them and helping them understand what you and the team learned for a successful deployment.
  • Use low-code tools provided in JTI's environment to augment and deliver simple and short-term capabilities.
  • Ensure the company's business community is provided with appropriate support and training/development in business systems, software, and hardware to make effective and efficient usage of systems and resources.
  • Ensure that all shared D&IT applications/D&IT solutions under the incumbent portfolio are stable, reliable, and compliant with legislation in the region.
  • Manage the application portfolio (or part of it) of the function, including operational excellence, incident management, maintenance, enhancement, and change requests, problems, and demands.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
  • 2+ years' experience in the IT discipline.
  • Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies with good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry.
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate).
  • Websites development, Content Management Systems or CMS.
  • Consumer lifecycle for Engagement/Loyalty Solutions and Marketing Automation.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
