About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Solutions to join our team at Workplace Options. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue across various sectors, including private, third-party, and intermediary clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet annual sales quotas by selling employee benefits and support services to new and existing clients.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and service offerings, as well as those of our competitors.
  • Identify market and partnership opportunities, building a sales pipeline aligned with targets.
  • Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and lead pitch logistics.
  • Respond to sales opportunities, including proposals, presentations, meetings, follow-up, and contracts.
  • Consult with business leaders and senior management to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage sales and marketing metrics and performance indicators to maximize the selling process.
  • Build relationships across the organization and leverage resources to secure new business.
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects and work with current clients to service and enhance existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.
  • Develop and leverage third-party relationships, such as brokers and consultants or established resellers.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospect clients and track performance within a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8 or more years of consultative sales experience.
  • Compelling oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals for large applications deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues and make responsible decisions.
  • Consulting experience with companies with $20M in annual revenue (preferably DEI, HR, or Management Consulting) with a minimum annual quota of $1M.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter approach to work.
