Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations related to missing documents and payments.
- Engaging with customers effectively.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, with follow-ups as necessary.
- Identifying client needs and recognizing sales opportunities.
- Creating and updating a database of current and prospective clients.
- Articulating and showcasing the advantages of our services.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position will possess:
- Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is advantageous.
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
