Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations related to missing documents and payments.
  • Engaging with customers effectively.

  • Identifying client needs and recognizing sales opportunities.
  • Creating and updating a database of current and prospective clients.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position will possess:

  • Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Prior insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
