Job Opportunity at Grimes Insurance Agency, Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships with potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with key referral partners, and selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Establish new relationships with potential clients and sign them up for insurance.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
  • Cold Calling and Door-to-Door Sales: Conduct cold calling and door-to-door sales to offer and sell insurance.
  • Networking: Network at professional organizations and associations meetings and mixers.
  • Policy Administration: Fill out appropriate forms and input into the software system once a product is sold.
  • Cross-Selling: Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Sales experience in the insurance industry is greatly preferred.
  • Licensing: MUST have a current and valid P&C Insurance License.
  • Documentation: You MUST be able to document prior sales performance.

This is a remote position with a consistent and predictable schedule. As part of our team, you will be asked to work a schedule that suits your personal situation better. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage rejection well and is confident, energetic, and enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
