Insurance Sales Representative

Chris Prather - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and marketing insurance products or services that maximize value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Marketing Strategy and Goal Setting: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and total commitment to success.
- Customer Relationship Building: Collaborate with the agency's team to maintain successful long-lasting customer relationships.
- Sales Experience: Preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Meeting Sales Goals: A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Customer Relations: Ability to effectively relate to customers and understand their needs.
- License Requirements: Property & Casualty license is required.
