We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other means.
    • Cultivate relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Sales Activities:
    • Network with professionals, associations, and community groups to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
    • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records in our software system.
    • Participate in local events and community activities to promote our agency and build relationships.
  • Professional and Personal Skills:
    • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
    • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
    • Exhibit confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as CRM software.
