Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering and operational support on-site for commercial construction projects.
  • Deliver technical engineering insights to project managers and field teams, ensuring compliance with design and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee the management, development, and submission of RFIs, O&M manuals, and other essential project documentation.
  • Coordinate equipment and material scheduling while liaising with vendors.
  • Work closely with clients and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction project engineering, project management, or relevant internships with a commercial mechanical or building construction firm is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering Management (other relevant engineering degrees may also be considered).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to engage diplomatically with various stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, drafters, and field trades.
  • A keen mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in building construction.
