Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our community.

Role Summary: This position entails overseeing and guiding the Kinship CARES Resource Family Navigators, providing essential crisis management when required, ensuring proper documentation practices, and fostering strong partnerships with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Additionally, collaborating with the Clinical Director for the advancement of program initiatives is a significant aspect of this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT certification is mandatory
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and auto insurance is essential
  • Bilingual candidates will receive an additional 6% above the base salary

Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel to various locations, lift weights, and communicate effectively.
