Oracle Lead Technical Program Manager - As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the business operations division, you will be instrumental in pinpointing and monitoring essential budgetary allocations and efficiencies.

Your contributions will be valued by service owners, as you provide insights, process enhancements, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will exhibit composure in high-pressure situations and possess the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

You will not hesitate to seek clarification when faced with ambiguity and will challenge assumptions respectfully and thoughtfully, escalating issues when necessary.

Your proactive approach will be coupled with sound judgment. You will be comfortable analyzing data to create financial models and forecasts.

The enhancements you implement will significantly impact Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), garnering high visibility within the organization and influencing various departments.


Key Responsibilities:
Identifying critical opportunities for cost savings and sustainable financial benefits.
Assisting in the formulation, monitoring, and execution of strategic plans across short, medium, and long-term horizons.

Delivering insightful business analysis to leadership, highlighting concerning or improving trends, identifying risks, and proposing actionable recommendations.

Engaging regularly with senior management and executives across functional areas to ensure unit objectives are achieved.
Given the high-profile nature of this role, strong relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Overseeing the development and implementation of specific company products involving cross-departmental teams focused on delivering new or existing offerings.

Planning and directing timelines while monitoring budgetary allocations. Overseeing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring interdepartmental activities are organized for timely and budget-compliant completion. Assigning and supervising the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing necessary technical guidance and support.

Compensation Range:
from $87,800 to $199,500 annually. Eligibility for bonuses and equity may apply.
