Role Summary: This position entails overseeing and guiding the Kinship CARES Resource Family Navigators, providing essential crisis management when required, ensuring accurate documentation, and fostering strong partnerships with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Collaborating with the Clinical Director to enhance program initiatives is also a significant aspect of this role.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT credentials are mandatory
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance is essential
- Bilingual candidates will receive an additional 6% above the base salary
Physical Demands: Must be able to travel to various locations, lift weights, and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
