Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all sales and promotional activities, ensuring effective daily operations and contributing to departmental budget establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage sales processes, including initial client meetings, design, measurement, pricing, contract correspondence, and project completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the countertop or similar industry
  • Background in designing kitchens/baths/custom rooms & the installation process
  • Strong sales background in the millwork or construction industry
  • Ability to multi-task, possess superior written and oral communication skills, and build/manage a team
