Position Overview:

As a Technical Account Manager focusing on Telecommunications and Broadcast, you will play a crucial role in guiding our recruitment efforts within these industries. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client interaction to successful candidate placement. Leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and subsequently identify, evaluate, and secure high-quality candidates to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their business goals and IT staffing needs.
  • Utilize your sales skills to identify new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our client base.

Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:

  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and professional networks, to locate and attract top IT talent.

Comprehensive Recruitment:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including job intake, talent sourcing, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.

Market Research and Industry Insight:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends and market dynamics within the IT sector, promoting an informed and proactive approach to recruitment strategies.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction metrics, to enhance and refine recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Telecommunications/Broadcast sector is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in IT recruitment, particularly within the Telecommunications and Broadcast industries.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Proven proficiency in candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques across various platforms.
  • Strong business insight, combined with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in utilizing recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and boost productivity.
