Position Overview

As a key member of the Metropolitan Healthcare Services Inc. team, the Sales Account Executive plays a vital role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Metropolitan Healthcare Services and the diverse range of products and services offered.
  • Establish and nurture connections with current and prospective clients to generate sales opportunities.
  • Conduct initial face-to-face meetings with potential clients to assess their needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with former clients through phone, text, and email at intervals determined by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all documentation and job notes are meticulously prepared in proposals.
  • Possess a solid understanding of contract evaluation for new and prospective clients.
  • Engage actively and consistently in meetings with the operations team for each project.
  • Achieve performance metrics, including sales volume and targets.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive engagement in all activities.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to build trust and develop relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Uphold integrity and maintain the high standards of quality in products and services.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills and assist in managing client accounts.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
