EPS Learning, a prominent provider of K–12 supplemental literacy and mathematics resources, is in search of a motivated Sales Account Executive to enhance our team. Our organization offers a range of effective educational products aimed at tackling significant challenges in student literacy across the nation. Become part of a vibrant, innovative, and enjoyable team committed to positively impacting children's education and promoting equity in public schooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement an outbound sales strategy focused on consultative selling techniques
- Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions while advocating for EPS products
- Target outreach towards private, parochial, and charter educational facilities
- Leverage CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain updated customer information
- Collaborate with various internal teams to optimize revenue generation
- Address customer objections and manage rejection effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries and diligently follow up on potential leads
- Facilitate growth by guiding clients towards our online platform
- Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience will be considered
- 3-4 years of experience in sales
- Highly organized with a strong sense of professionalism and a commitment to teamwork
- Results-driven with exceptional communication abilities
