Position Overview:
This is a permanent role within the manufacturing industry, where you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Initiatives:
- Conduct outreach through calls and meetings to cultivate new business prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate strategies aimed at meeting sales objectives.
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote our products and services.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries.
- Create and present compelling sales pitches to prospective customers.

2. Key Account Management:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing concerns promptly.
- Regularly assess account performance and explore growth opportunities.

3. Order Processing:
- Accurately process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Monitor order status and keep clients updated.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to orders.

4. Lead Generation:
- Engage in cold-calling to expand the customer base.
- Introduce our offerings to potential clients over the phone.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for further discussions.
- Maintain detailed records of cold-calling efforts and results.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Utilize measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any dimensional issues.

6. Customer Support:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements.
- Handle complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to address client questions.

7. Analytical Skills:
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to overcome sales challenges.

8. CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and sales activities.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Generate reports to evaluate sales performance and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong understanding of sales activities, including cold-calling and account management.
- Experience in processing orders and coordinating with teams.
- Proficient in using measuring tools and ensuring product quality.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
