Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with expertise in the Aerospace sector to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position presents an exciting chance to collaborate with a group of dedicated professionals in the engineering field. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Aerospace sector to drive sales growth.
2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations that articulate our products and services to clients and prospects.
4. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to comprehend customer requirements and provide effective sales support.
5. Generate quality sales leads, follow up on initial meetings, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
6. Develop technical proposals and quotes for clients, negotiating contracts to secure new business.
7. Offer technical training and support to customers, assisting in resolving any issues or concerns.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
9. Provide regular sales forecasts to management and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Aerospace industry.
3. Proven success in Technical Sales, Business Development, and Customer Retention.
4. Strong technical writing abilities, capable of crafting clear and persuasive technical proposals.
5. Excellent contract negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing deals.
6. Experience in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
7. Solid understanding of the Aerospace industry, including knowledge of current trends and competitive landscape.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales objectives.
10. Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and prospects.
