Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with expertise in the Aerospace field to become a vital part of our expanding team. This full-time role presents an exciting chance to collaborate with a group of dedicated professionals in the engineering sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, cultivating new business relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Aerospace industry to drive sales growth.
  2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations that effectively communicate our products and services to clients.
  4. Work closely with the engineering team to comprehend customer needs and provide necessary sales support.
  5. Generate quality sales leads, follow up on initial meetings, and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  6. Develop detailed technical proposals and quotes for clients, negotiating contracts to secure new business.
  7. Offer technical training and support to customers, assisting in the resolution of any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  9. Provide regular sales forecasts to management and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Aerospace sector.
  3. Demonstrated success in Technical Sales, Business Development, and Customer Retention.
  4. Strong technical writing abilities, capable of crafting clear and persuasive technical proposals.
  5. Proficient in contract negotiation, with a proven history of successfully closing deals.
  6. Experience in account management, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with key clients.
  7. Solid understanding of the Aerospace industry, including knowledge of current trends and competition.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  9. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to exceeding sales objectives.
  10. Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and prospects.
