Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Campaign Coordinators focused on cultural engagement and voter mobilization. This role is essential in executing our initiative aimed at increasing voter participation across diverse communities.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

As part of a collaborative effort, we are launching a comprehensive campaign to enhance voter registration and turnout among key demographics. Our mission is to connect with various cultural voices to address the concerns of underrepresented groups, including young voters and communities of color. This initiative will involve partnerships with creatives and organizations dedicated to voter engagement.

The Campaign Coordinator will oversee the planning and implementation of campaign strategies within their designated area, working closely with the Campaign Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing a detailed program plan that focuses on audience targeting, mobilization strategies, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Director to refine audience targeting plans and create messaging briefs tailored to specific demographic segments.
  • Manage the execution of campaign activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and objectives.
  • Engage with partner agencies to coordinate production efforts and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with voter mobilization organizations, identifying opportunities for collaboration and support.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to enhance campaign visibility, including engagement with media and influencers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in campaign management, advocacy, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of overseeing complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency in content creation for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Experience in partnership management and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with various digital tools and platforms.
  • Commitment to promoting civic engagement and social justice.
